Ramos has just revealed a brand new tablet which ain’t too shabby, really – the Ramos M12. In fact, the Ramos M12 will be powered by Intel’s very own low-power Core M processor, which would be the 1.1GHz Intel Core M-5Y70 chipset. This 11.6” tablet will also be accompanied by a Full HD display, so you can be sure that those high resolution movies that you have downloaded would fare pretty well when you play it back on the Ramos M12.
Just what are the rest of the hardware specifications found on this particular tablet? Well, we are looking at Intel HD 5300 graphics, a rather beefy 8,000 mAh battery which is touted to be able to deliver up to 10 hours of non-stop use – although I do wonder whether these 10 hours would include multitasking with a movie running in the background.
Connectivity options include micro HDMI, USB 3.0 ports, and Wi-Fi. Expect Windows 8.1 to arrive preloaded on it as the operating system of choice. Just in case you would like to prop the tablet up on a desk, simply let the kickstand on the back of the tablet drop, and you’re good to go. If you would like to use the Ramos M12 as a notebook, the keyboard cover is there to get the job done. Pricing and availability details of the Ramos M12 remain scant as at press time.
