The Pinnacle Africa Proline SP4 will run on Windows Phone 8.1, where it will run on a quad-core Snapdragon chipset accompanied by an Adreno 302 GPU. Apart from that, there will be 512MB RAM to keep it chugging along, not to mention 4GB of internal memory – which can be further expanded thanks to a microSD memory card slot. The entire display stands at a mere 4” in size – small by today’s standards, at relatively low resolution of 480 x 800 pixels to boot.
All in all, this is a rather unimpressive handset where its hardware specifications are concerned, although there is a 4MP shooter at the back and a VGA selfie camera. At least the battery packs a punch – we are looking at a 1,920mAh battery with a chassis that tips the scales at 125 grams, measuring 125mm x 64mm x 10.6mm. In other words, this is a rebranded Blu Win JR that was announced last September. [Press Release]
