When thinking of purchasing a battery case for your phone, your priorities are probably how much it costs, how big is the battery, and how bulky will it make my phone, or something along those lines. Rarely do we ask ourselves if the battery case might be waterproof. Well for those who love the idea of a waterproof battery case, LifeProof has just the thing for you.
The company has been known for their waterproof cases and the Fre Power adds to their portfolio. However it does have the added advantage of packing a 2,600mAh battery in its case, meaning that not only will your iPhone 6 be able to take a dip in the pool, but it will also be able to recharge itself in the event you run low on juice.
The Fre Power case from LifeProof will be able to waterproof your device up to 6.6 feet from one hour, and thanks to its design it should be able to take the occasional bump or drop. Unfortunately if the Fre Power is a case you would love to get your hands on, you could be in for a wait as LifeProof has yet to reveal the case’s availability or how much it will cost.
