China is slowly coming up to be a pretty serious player where the smartphone scene is concerned – it somewhat reminds me of when the likes of LG and Samsung started to produce handsets back in the day when the likes of Ericsson, Nokia and Motorola reigned. Well, it would be unwise to write off the China-based manufacturers, as they have come up with some rather cool handsets to date, and it seems as though there is another one lined up – the LeTV Music, which will most probably roll out on the same day as that of the Meizu m1 mini.
What you see above, courtesy of GizChina, is a leaked photo of the upcoming LeTV Music smartphone. This has set the grapevine to work overtime, where we have heard whispers of the video streaming company taking the plunge into the world of smartphones. Of course, one should always take all rumors with a pinch of salt until there is an official announcement made from a reliable source to debunk or confirm such rumors.
We do know that LeTV did roll out their very own Android based ROM this week which is known as LeUI, and it is about to make its way to Android phones and tablets. Do you think a LeTV Music smartphone should be a cause for concern?
