When we think of business laptops, we tend to think of these big and bulky laptops that just aren’t as sleek, or as slim, or as light as consumer laptops, but this is something that Lenovo is hoping to change with the Lenovo ThinkPad X250. This is a new laptop from Lenovo that falls into the Ultrabook category, meaning that it will be both thin and light.
The ThinkPad X250 will measure 20.3mm thin and will weigh less than 3lbs. According to Lenovo, the slim profile will not compromise on battery life as the company is boasting that the laptop will last users a while, thanks to the Power Bridge technology, although Lenovo did not specify just how long.
However battery life is subjective and will depend on a variety of factors, such as your screen’s brightness, your activities, and so on, but hopefully with the Power Bridge technology, it should last you a fair bit. The laptop will also be powered by Intel’s latest 5th gen Core processors and will support up to 8GB of RAM.
The ThinkPad X250 will also sport a 12.5-inch display although users will be able to choose from a variety of different screen resolutions, going as high as Full HD. The laptop will also offer hybrid storage options, 2x USB 3.0 ports, a front-facing 720p HD camera, dual array microphones, Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi, and is priced starting at $1,149 and will be available later this month.
