[CES 2015] If you happen to own a new GoPro Hero4, here is some good news for you – things are about to look up even better, now how about that? Not only that, this would most probably come across as interesting since you thought that the GoPro Hero4 is already the bee’s knees, but thankfully, there are still improvements coming your way. At this year’s CES, we have learned that both the Hero4 Silver and Black editions will be on the receiving end of a mode which will automatically convert time lapses into videos, which can help you shave off some serious minutes along the way.
Apart from that, there will also be a burst-photo setting which will be able to capture a whopping 30 pictures across half a dozen seconds, now how about that? In addition, there is also the long overdue auto-rotate capability which has been asked and requested for by users for the longest time. This means that whenever you wear your camera upside-down, it will be able to know that, which is where it will then auto-flip the video. Those who are in possession of the Black edition would be pleased to know that Christmas is not quite over yet, where additional goodies include 720p at 240fps, with 2.7K also going up to 60fps, so it is time to start looking around for cheap memory card deals.
There is no exact date on when these updates will arrive, but soon ought to be the operative keyword here.
