Heads up gamers, if you are looking forward to playing more racing games on your Xbox One console, you might be interested to learn that Microsoft has recently announced Forza Motorsport 6. The upcoming racing game will be an exclusive to the Xbox One console, so for those still gaming on the Xbox 360, you will have to remain content with titles such as Forza Horizon 2.
The game is currently in development at Turn 10 Studios who was also responsible for Forza Motorsport 5 which was one of the launch titles for the Xbox One. While there aren’t many details surrounding the next Forza title , what we do know is that based on the cover image, it seems that gamers can look forward to the new Ford GT will be included in the game, alongside the Shelby GT350 Mustang and the F-150 Raptor.
Interestingly enough for those who aren’t aware, all three cars made their real world debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, so if you don’t have the money to own any of the cars in real life, we guess the next best thing would be to own and race them in the game. Turn 10 Studios’ creative director was quoted as saying that the upcoming title is “our most technically advanced racing simulation to date, offering a fun and realistic automotive experience for both car lovers and gamers”.
Gameplay of Forza Motorsport 6 is expected to be shown off at E3 2015 which should take place in the middle of the year, so do check back with us then for more details. In the meantime you can check out the announcement video for the game in the video above.
