Just what kind of hardware specifications does the ZTE Speed pack underneath the hood that warrants a $99.99 price tag? We are looking at 4G LTE connectivity, Android 4.4 KitKat as the mobile operating system of choice, a 4.5” display, and a quad core 1.2GHz processor, among others.
