Microsoft’s Xbox One isn’t just a gaming console. It has countless features which make it a much better option if you want gaming and entertainment side by side, PlayStation 4 just doesn’t hit that mark as nicely, and today the content sources on Xbox One are being increased yet again. A plethora of entertainment applications has been released for Microsoft’s latest console.
These are the last additions to the app catalogue that will be made in 2014. First up, Vevo arrives on Xbox One, bringing with it a large collection of official music videos. Discovery features enable users to find new videos, original shows and live music performances.
Bravo Now is available for Xbox One as well, providing full episodes of all Bravo shows. A TV service provider subscription is required to access content using this app, which is only going to be available in the U.S. Telemundo Now adds Telemundo Novelas, Shows and Specials to the console, pay-TV subscription required, only available in the U.S. as well.
Popcornflix will let users stream countless films at no charge from a variety of genres, with new films being added to the library every day. This app will be available in the U.S. and Canada.
Internet radio service Pandora has also arrived on Xbox One, bringing the ability to play games and stream music at the same time.
