Apparently, it has been reported that a document was discovered all the way in Malaysia – a country that has had its unprecedented fair share of tragic air accidents in this year alone, and this particular document points to the Oppo 3006 which has been certified good to go in this progressive country. The certification was done by SIRIM, which is the organization under the Malaysian government that is responsible for ensuring that standards and quality of devices and hardware, among others, are maintained.
Details concerning this particular model continue to remain to be sketchy at best, but we do know that it will offer support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, in addition to delivering dual SIM capabilities. Apart from that, there is very little for us to work on. Who knows, speculated hardware specifications point to a 4.7” display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, a 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, an 8MP shooter at the back with a 5MP selfie camera in front, and Oppo’s ColorOS 2.0 UI being tipped to run on top of Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Are you excited to see what Oppo has in store for the future, knowing that they have done pretty well with slim handsets in the past like the Oppo R5?
