The No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA is said to be able to instantly figure out if you’re a bot or not, using what they call a “risk analysis engine” which will take into consideration the various nuances of an Internet user – including one’s IP address as well as the movements of your mouse cursor. Should you fail to pass the test (or rather, fool the system), then you will be redirected to the tried and tested CAPTCHA. It would be interesting to see just what kind of computer user would be able to “fool” the No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA though. What are some of the better ways that you can think of for a computer to know whether the user is a human or otherwise? [Press Release]
