meizu-m1-noteIt looks like Meizu is about to step into a new market as expected with its latest smartphone release – the Meizu m1 note has just become official. In fact, the Meizu m1 note happens to be the very first model that will be part of the company’s Blue Charm range, if one were to take the rough Chinese translation from “Meilan”. All right, enough of the pleasantries, how about getting down to the nitty gritty? The Meizu m1 note ill sport a 5.5″ IGZO display right out of the box that delivers 1080p resolution with a pixel density of 400ppi.

Apart from that, it will run on the 64-bit MT6752 chipset that boasts of an octa-core 2.0GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, accompanied by a Mali-T760 GPU as well as 2GB RAM. The chassis of the Meizu m1 note will measure 75.2mm x 150.7mm x 8.9mm, where it tips the scales at 145 grams and will carry a 3,140mAh battery to keep it chugging.

Located at the back would be a 13MP camera that hails from Samsung which is capable of capturing video in Full HD glory, while the front sports a 5MP camera for selfie lovers that has a 4-element lens to boot. To make sure that you can separate your social and professional life, the Meizu m1 note will feature dual SIM slots. The asking price? $160 a pop for the 16GB model.
