We have heard about the Dell Venue 10 earlier this year, and this time around, the device looks set to be on its way to the commercial market – especially after it has gone through the paces over at the FCC. The Dell Venue 10 is widely tipped to be a 2-in-1 Android tablet that sports a 10” display alongside a keyboard station which would allow you to hook up the tablet in a manner where it would function as a notebook.
The keyboard dock segment of the device was the one that had gone through the FCC, and since it has been passed, I would suppose that a launch should be available in the near future. In the user manual that had been posted at the FCC, the tablet itself will pair up alongside the keyboard over a Bluetooth connection, where it will boast of dedicated keys when it comes to the following: back, all apps, action menu, home, and search in addition to volume, brightness, and media playback buttons.
The keyboard itself will boast of backlit keys that come in handy whenever you would want to type while you are working in a dark environment. So far, it does seem that the Dell Venue 10 is shaping up to run on an Intel Atom Bay trail processor, a Full HD display, carry 2GB RAM, front and rear cameras, WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity – although nothing has been made official until the real deal comes out.
