Looking to pick up Blizzard’s Hearthstone on your Android tablet? Well as promised by Blizzard, a company notorious for delaying their games for extended periods of time, it looks like the game is finally here for Android devices. Blizzard had promised that the Android tablet version of the game will be released by the end of the year and it looks like they met their goal.
The iPhone and Android phone version is still unavailable as Blizzard had previously mentioned that those versions will be delayed to 2015, but if you have an Android tablet and want in on the Hearthstone fun, like your iPad friends are having, then you’re in luck, sort of. As it stands and as announced by Blizzard themselves, the app is only available in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
However we expect that Blizzard will be rolling out the game to the US market and other markets around the world soon, so it will only be a matter days until users will be able to get their hands on it. To entice gamers to download the app, Blizzard has also announced that they will be giving away a free pack of Classic cards.
Gamers will just need to complete a game of Hearthstone in any mode to redeem it. The Android version of Hearthstone will also include the Goblins vs Gnomes expansion. If you’re living in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada, you can go ahead and download the app from the Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore.
