While we did cover what the top searches of 2014 by Google was all about yesterday (granted, there is still a fortnight to go before 2014 comes to a close), here we are with something that the Bing team has done – by looking forward to make predictions on what 2015 will bring in terms of trends and the ilk.
Bing figures that 2015 will be the year of the turtleneck, in addition to other memorable 1970’s fashion statements. The late Steve Jobs would be well pleased if he were to be around next year, and assuming Bing’s prediction comes true.
Where sports is concerned, Bing figures out that next year’s Super Bowl edition would see the New England Patriots go up against the Green Bay Packers, where Tom Brady would prove instrumental in ensuring that the Patriots will be able to land as the ultimate winner.
As for awards, Sam Smith would pick up Best New Artist and Beyoncé would win Album of the Year in the Grammys, while the Golden Globes would see Boyhood pick up the gong for Best Motion Picture Drama. Which of the predictions that Bing gave for next year’s trends do you think will turn out to be true? [Press Release]
