The other day we reported that Baldur’s Gate 2: Enhanced Edition would be making its way onto Android and iPhone devices, and if you’re a fan of the classic RPG and want to relive it again on your mobile device, you can. Baldur’s Gate 2: Enhanced Edition has since been released where Android gamers will be able to head on over to the Google Play Store for the download.
The game is priced at $9.99 which is admittedly a little hefty as far as video games for mobile devices are concerned, but Baldur’s Gate 2 is a long game, which means that you could end up getting your money’s worth. Oddly enough the iPhone version of the game has yet to appear on the iTunes App Store, but perhaps it will show up later.
The game has been released on the iPad for a while now and it has finally made its way onto the Android platform. The game is pretty much the same game that gamers will know if they had played it back in the day. However it has been updated to include support for touchscreen controls.
Beamdog has also updated the game with improved graphics, as well as add new campaigns, characters, spells, weapons, items, and more, so if you want to relive the original game with a few enhancements, then perhaps Baldur’s Gate 2: Enhanced Edition could be worth checking out.
