Just how do we know whether a particular mobile operating system is successful or not? The answer is pretty simple – as long as there are plenty of quality apps on the corresponding app store, with a steady growth in the number of people adopting the platform, and you end up with a winning formula. Windows Phone is a decent mobile experience, but it still loses out to both iOS and Android where the number of users are concerned, but this has not stopped the folks over at Rovio from rolling out Angry Birds Stella on the Windows Phone Store.
First introduced in September earlier this year, it has finally made its way to the Windows Phone Store. Worry not about having to fork out money for Angry Birds Stella, since this is a free game, although if you would like to enjoy your Angry Birds experience all the more in an augmented manner, then there is the small matter of in-app purchases to consider.
Just to recap, Angry Birds Stella would see Stella and her super adventurous friends embark on a quest to protect Golden Island from the greedy Bad Princess and her cohort of pigs. This is a new flock of birds, and they are fierce in getting their job done, where you have more than 120 action-packed levels to keep yourself occupied.
