iPhone 8 Fan Concept Spotted

Talk about jumping the gun – the iPhone 6 as well as its larger sized sibling, the iPhone 6 Plus, has not been launched for more than a month in select countries, and more so in others, where it has already gained the reputation of being the fastest selling smartphone duo to date. Of course, there is no such thing as a perfect device in this world, which is why there is always room for improvement in the long run. It makes perfect sense for fans of Apple’s highly sought after handset to look out the next model, and a graphic designer known as “Steel Drake” decided to show off what the imagined iPhone 8 would look like on a Behance gallery.

Yup, you read that right – there is no iPhone 7 over here, as it would skip an entire generation, with the possibility of Apple going that direction some time in 2019. Of course, since we are talking about the future as well as a concept, the iPhone 8 can deliver the moon – and then some, as concepts are not bound by the laws of reality.

The iPhone 8 concept shows off a unibody smartphone case that has been formed from a single piece of glass, and this piece would cover the front and back of the iPhone, in addition to wrapping itself around the top and bottom of the device. There are aluminum inserts located on the two sides, which also happen to be home to buttons and antennas. Sounds impossible? A whole lot can change in five years.
