Here we are with word that Final Fantasy XIII-2 is all set to roll out on Steam this coming December 11th, 2014. It does seem as though this upcoming title will bring along with it a slew of new features as well as enhancements, making the RPG game even better than the prequel that was introduced on both the Sony PS3 as well as the Xbox 360 earlier in 2011.
According to Final Fantasy XIII-2’s publisher and developer, Square Enix, they did make their intention of introducing this Final Fantasy XIII to Steam earlier in September this year, only to have it launched in October – albeit sporting a locked resolution that resulted in a slew of complaints – naturally.
Hopefully, with the release of Final Fantasy XIII-2 later this December (and in time for Christmas to boot, now how about that? The holiday season is definitely one that is worth checking out when it comes to games, don’t you think so?), we do keep our fingers crossed that Square Enix would have fixed all that was wrong with the previous title. If history were to be of any indication, the Final Fantasy XIII-2 would most probably be priced at £10.99, sporting a 10% discount for those who pre-order.
