Taking one look at the BlackBerry Passport is enough to make you realize that the company really did think out of the box for this device. The square-shaped device with its full QWERTY keyboard, that doubles as a trackpad, has been available for purchase since September but only in black color. We knew that this smartphone will be released in red and white colors as well, those who have been waiting for these colors can now rejoice. The BlackBerry Passport in red and white colors is now available for pre-order.
The red BlackBerry Passport was officially shown off first at the company’s enterprise focused event earlier this month. It can now be pre-ordered from ShopBlackBerry.com and will go on sale starting November 28th. Customers in the U.S. will be able to purchase it from Amazon as well.
Just in time for the holiday season the company is also introducing the BlackBerry Passport in white, a color option which it had confirmed weeks before the device was formally announced. The white Passport is available for pre-order through the company’s aforementioned website today and it will soon land on Amazon as well for customers in the U.S.
BB fans around the world need not be sad. The company says that it will announce availability information for other countries “in the coming weeks.”
