T-Mobile Opens Pre-Orders For iPad Air 2 And iPad Mini 3 Tomorrow

Last week Apple conducted an event at its headquarters in One Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California to unveil the latest iPads. The iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 went on pre-order at Apple’s online store from October 17th but if you would rather place a pre-order through T-Mobile then tomorrow is your lucky day. Magenta is opening up pre-orders for both new tablets, iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3, from tomorrow, October 22nd.

Pre-ordered units will start shipping on October 29th, that’s also when the tablets will go on sale at T-Mobile’s retail stores as well as its online store. iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 are available in three storage configurations, 16/64/128GB, and will all be available for qualified customers on Simple Choice plans for $0 down.

Since the tablets will be purchased on T-Mobile’s equipment installment plan customers will have to make equal monthly payments instead. For all three configurations of iPad Air 2 this comes down to $26.24 for 24 months but 64/128GB configurations require you to pay $99 and $199 upfront respectively.

16GB iPad mini 3 configuration starts at $0 down, 64/128GB require $99 and $199 down. Equal monthly payments come down to $22.08 for 24 months. Simple Choice plan customers can add a tablet to their service line for just $10 per month and data allowance that they already have will be matched on the tablet.
