PopKey Arrives On iOS

Good things come to those who wait, so it is far from being surprising to hear that there is a brand new third party keyboard which will rely on GIFs instead of words – which makes so much more sense, especially when one takes into consideration how a picture speaks a thousand words. PopKey is already listen on the iOS store, and it takes all of just a single click in order to have it installed. Just how does PopKey work?

The premise behind PopKey is pretty simple, actually – this free app would make sure that the letters on your keyboard are replaced by GIFs which can then be used to show just what you would like to say. Apart from that, the app itself will also feature thousands of animated GIFs which can be used to convey the message across instead of using words. Heck, if you have that creative side of you itching, you are also able to come up with your very own images, now how about that?

PopKey was released right on time, since iOS 8 happens to be the first Apple mobile operating system version that supports third party keyboards. Android users might be yawning at this “feature” though, and you know how fanboy arguments will pan out in the end. To each his or her own, as different strokes work for different folks.
