Moto 360’s Wireless Charger Now Available Via Google Play

One of the unique features offered by the Moto 360 compared to other smartwatches is that it charges via wireless charging. This is incredibly handy as it means that you can charge your watch and pick it up anytime you want without having to fiddle with plugs and cables.

Now if you’re the sort that misplaces items frequently, or if you’d like to have a charger handy at work, you might be pleased to learn that Google has recently started to stock the Moto 360’s wireless charger. Previously the charger was made available via Best Buy, but now it will be available from Google Play as well.

Unfortunately due to its wireless charging nature, the Moto 360’s charger will be priced at $40 which is a tad more expensive than regular chargers, but like we said it is wireless so that’s one reason. However with the Moto 360 being charged via the Qi standard, it is possible that you could find an alternative charger out there, although official chargers are usually a better idea, not to mention it has been designed for the Moto 360 in mind.
