While the touchpads on laptops have certainly come a long way from back in the day and are able to register gestures now, they’re certainly a lot easier to work with. However these touchpads might not necessarily be idea for those who play a lot of video games or for those who needs the precision and stability of an actual mouse.
However lugging around a regular mouse might not be ideal because of its size, and if size is an important factor for you, you might be interested to learn that Logitech has recently announced a new portable wireless mouse in the form of the Logitech Wireless Mouse M320. According to Logitech, the mouse has been designed to guide the user’s hand to a natural position thanks to its curved design.
However we should note that this is dependent on how you usually hold your mouse. For example there are those who hold their mouse with a palm grip, or a claw grip, or a fingertip grip, so it might not necessarily be a one-size-fits-all situation. However if you just want something small and portable, we reckon the M320 should do the trick.
The mouse will play nicely with a variety of platforms including Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, and Linux. The mouse will also come with the ability to go to sleep when it detects that it is not in use, thus prolonging its battery life and saving you time from having to constantly switch batteries, which Logitech has estimated to feature a 2 year battery life, although this will be highly dependent on how often you use it.
The Logitech M320 is priced at a very affordable $30 and will be available in a variety of different colors, so if you’d like to place your order, hit up Logitech’s website for the details.
