However apart from the difference in operating system, both tablets will remain identical in terms of their hardware. The new Yoga Tablet 2s will come in 8-inch or 10-inch display options with a Full HD resolution, with the former size offering a slightly sharper display due to a higher pixel density.
Lenovo has also deemed it fit to equip both tablets with rather sizable speakers that uses Dolby Audio and Wolfson Master HiFi technology, which will hopefully offer up a better audio experience compared to other tablets. In terms of pricing, the Android tablets are priced at $250 and $300 for the 8- and 10-inch models respectively and will be available come 9th October.
The Windows versions will be priced at $300 and $400 for the 8-inch and 10-inch models, with the 8-inch model being available in November while the 10-inch model will be available via Best Buy starting late October.
