With the Google Fit app, one is able to use it to set fitness goals as well as track different kinds of activities including walking, running or cycling. Using it is a snap – all that you need to do is to download and make sure the app is properly installed, before you carry your smartphone or Android Wear smartwatch to have them do the heavy lifting of collecting the relevant data.
Do bear in mind that Google Fit, too, is full well capable of being connected to third party devices, where one is also able to access it from a tablet or via a computer. So far, initial impressions of the Google Fit app has been favorable, and we do hope to see it grow from strength to strength.
