Rumors of the Samsung NX1 mirrorless camera has been going on for quite some time already, but here we are with a snapshot of the elusive shooter. Touted to be a top-of-the-line mirrorless camera from the folks over at Samsung, it is set to be announced later this coming Monday, September 15th. As for the hardware specifications, you will be able to check it out right after the jump.
The Samsung NX1 mirrorless camera is said to arrive with 28.2 effective megapixels, sporting a 23.5 x 15.7mm CMOS sensor that will be accompanied by a 3” Super AMOLED touchscreen tilting LCD display. There will also be an XGA EVF (OLED) with an eye contact sensor, all of it crammed into a weather-sealed body that comprises of magnesium alloy. Connectivity options will include Wi-Fi and NFC, where one would also be able to enjoy 4K video recording capabilities to boot. It is definitely going to be one of the more interesting cameras that are in the market at the moment.
Of course, until the final shooter is revealed to the masses, we can but speculate that this is as close as it can get to the real deal. After all, with just a couple more days or so to wait, what’s the harm in a little leak?
