If you so happen to be extremely excited about the release of WWE 2K15 on either the Sony PS4 or the Xbox One from Microsoft, you might want to keep all of that excitement in check. After all, we have just received word that the WWE 2K15 version for the above-mentioned consoles have been delayed to November 21st later this year (internationally – it will be November 18th for North America), which is a good three weeks after your friends who are rocking on to the Xbox 360 and Sony PS3 have enjoyed theirs. This particular delay has already been confirmed by the good people over at 2K.
According to 2K this unforseen delay “is in the interest of delivering the best possible WWE experience to you, the fans, and 2K’s development teams are working hard to ensure its success.”
Well, it is nice to know that companies care for their customers, and would want to deliver the very best experience possible since it is always good to delay a particular game and make sure all known bugs are squashed, rather than to rush things through the door and deliver a sub-par product that racks up plenty of complaints within a single day of its release. This would place WWE 2K15 for the Xbox One and Sony PS4 on a similar footing with that of Far Cry 4 and Grand Theft Auto 5 where its release week is concerned. [Press Release]
