OnePlus, the company behind the flagship OnePlus One smartphone that does not cost a bomb and yet comes with plenty of bells and whistles, is back with a brand new accessory this time around. OnePlus has even called it the “Silver Bullet Earphones” over on their forum, and this pair of earphones will be made available to the masses from the beginning of next week.
I don’t suppose werewolves and other kinds of lycans would be too thrilled with the idea of a silver bullet earphones, as the name itself would send chills down their spine. This pair of headphones claim to have the ability to deliver a “powerful and immersive sound while ensuring a compact yet durable feel”, where they arrive encased in a pristine-looking brushed aluminum.
As for the headset, it will boast of its very own remote, enabling users to gain control of music playback, not to mention the handset’s camera and voice calls to boot. It remains to be seen as to whether such functions will be compatible with the OnePlus One only, or will it play nice with different Android-powered devices. The asking price of $15 is certainly attractive to say the least. It is said that once the existing stock of Silver Bullet Earphones run out of stock, it will switch to a pre-order system.
