When it comes to smartphone accessories, manufacturers tend to prefer creating for the iPhone because their designs tend to be fixed, at least for a couple of years, unlike Android phones that are of different shapes and sizes, meaning that it would be hard to create a one-size-fits-all solution.
One of those accessories would be the Olloclip which provides iPhone users with a variety of lenses to use with their smartphone. Well the good news is that if you’re the owner of a Samsung Galaxy S5 or the Galaxy S4, you might be interested to learn that Olloclip has announced at IFA 2014 new 4-in-1 lens accessories for both phones.
The idea is the same in which the lenses can be attached to your phones by being clipped onto it, which you can see in the image above. Now we did say 4-in-1 but the photo shows only two lenses, although both lenses serve dual functions – macro in different modes, a wide-angle lens and a fisheye lens.
Unfortunately there is no Olloclip app for Android devices yet, but if you don’t mind using the lens together with your default camera app, you can go ahead and place your pre-order for the lens via Olloclip’s website where it will set you back $69.99.
