Now if you were wondering about its availability, you might be pleased to learn that AT&T has recently announced that they will be carrying the Nokia 830. Unfortunately the carrier failed to mention when exactly will they be releasing the phone, nor how much the phone will cost upon its release, but we guess at least they do have plans for it so if you had your eye on the phone, AT&T could be one of the go-to carriers for it.
According to Stephen Elop, “The role of phones within Microsoft is different than it was with Nokia. At Nokia, it was about getting devices in your hand. At Microsoft, it’s about bringing the whole experience to people, and getting them to use more services.” However like we said, the Lumia 830 isn’t exactly a high-end device so there is a good chance we could be looking at an affordable price tag, but we will keep our eyes peeled for more information so do check back with us at a later date for the details.
