This is thanks to the folks at Phandroid who have recently gotten their hands on what looks like a leaked Verizon document that reveals when the handset will be making its way to the carrier. The handset will be priced at $99.99 along with a new two-year contract, and it looks like the carrier will also be having a special bamboo promotion that will run until the 10th of October.
The carrier will be pricing the bamboo/white model of the new Moto X at $99.99 with a new two-year contract. This is pretty much the base price and usually for customers who want the bamboo/white model, it would have cost them $25 more, so we guess if you’d rather save the $25, then perhaps Verizon could be your carrier of choice.
Verizon has also listed the prices for the Moto Maker Edition, so if you’re after a different model with 16GB of storage, you can expect to fork out $99.99 for that ($25 for Edge customers), or you can pay $149.99 for the 32GB model ($27.49 for Edge customers).
