The Surface Pro 3 from Microsoft has had a rollercoaster ride so far, having gone through overheating issues in recent times. Well, it looks like Microsoft is continuing to work at the Surface Pro 3, having released a new firmware update that ought to bring this particular tablet to a whole new level of performance. All right, realistically, to make it function better than before. To grab the latest firmware update, why not turn on your Surface Pro 3, choose Settings > Update and recovery in order to look for any new updates.
The new firmware update will help the hardware and operating system work better in tandem with one another, where Microsoft has stated that it will improve system experience and enhance overall system stability, Wi-Fi included. Other updates include the Surface Pro Embedded Controller Firmware update (v38.6.50.0), Surface Pro System Aggregator Firmware update (v3.9.350.0), the Surface Integration driver update (v2.0.1102.0) and the Surface Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver update (v15.68.3055.107).
It does not look as though this particular update would have run into any kind of issues, since complaints against the latest firmware update do seem to be non-existent – which is a good thing, of course. Still, you might want to be really sure by waiting for a wee bit longer if patience is your strong suit.
