decided to spice up your lazy Sunday morning with a heartbreaking video – heartbreaking for those of you who have gone to extraordinary lengths when it comes to purchasing either an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, as this particular YouTube video that you see above will involve slow motion playback of the larger sized iPhone 6 Plus being dropped onto a variety of surfaces.
While we have seen some exotic tests in the past such as the iPhone 6 Plus being dropped into liquid nitrogen, or simply to see it being blended, day’s three test involves the standard rule of gravity – what goes up, must come down, i.e., the drop test. The different elements will come together (except for a fiery furnace, of course) as water and dirt team up to try to “break” the iPhone 6 Plus. Suffice to say, it seems that the iPhone 6 Plus survived a drop into a slight body of water, and it did pretty well on dirt, too.
However, it did not manage to survive the drop when it comes to Mr. Concrete, which should not come across as a surprise, actually. After all, the larger sized they are, the easier it seems for them to break. You don’t really get Nokia 3310 builds anymore these days.
