The HTC One is certainly a handset that has seen a fair number of iterations – firstly with the HTC One (M7) that managed to help HTC get back in the good books of many people after faltering for a while, followed by the much loved HTC One (M8). However, what kind of chance does this leave the successor to the HTC One (M8) with when it comes to delivering the goods some time down the road? Perhaps it is time that someone came up with a concept to help contribute some ideas to HTC, wherever possible.
While we do know that HTC themselves are currently working on a successor to the HTC One (M8) as the Taiwanese company is not one to rest on its laurels, here is a HTC One (M9) concept design which does not deviate too far away from the current HTC One’s design cues.
Credit to Fabrizio D’Onofrio for churning out this new HTC (M9) concept, as the proposed design will deliver a chassis that measures an extremely svelte 7mm, relying on both aluminum and titanium to be part of its materials. Do expect a Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) sapphire crystal display, BoomSound+ speakers, a 5.1MP front-facing camera, a 12MP Duo camera with Optical Image Stabilization at the back, the latest 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, and a 3,500mAh battery. Will HTC “hear” this one out?
