Well the good news is that if you think that the 2 hour window is too short, you will be interested to learn that Google has made it official. If you were to head on over to the Google Play Store support page, it now states the 2 hour window. It reads, “After purchasing an app or game on Google Play, you can return it within two hours for a full refund.”
You will be able to tell if an app you purchased is eligible for a refund by going to “My Apps” icon in the store, in which you should see the “Refund” button. If you missed the 2 hour window, you will see an “Uninstall” button which means that it’s too late and you’ve already been charged for the app.
This is a good move by Google as 15 minutes seems too short. The 2 hour window will allow users to try out apps more thoroughly. After all there are some apps which needs more than 15 minutes to get used to and to truly see whether or not it is worth keeping, but what do you guys think? Is 2 hours more than enough?
