Bloomberg: New iPad Air To Feature Gold Option

There is just something about a shade of gold that automatically makes a particular device seem to be a whole lot more desirable, don’t you think so? Bloomberg claims that Apple’s next generation iPad Air will arrive in a shade of gold – and of course, this is not a gold plated tablet that will be insanely expensive, but rather, it will follow the footsteps of the likes of the iPhone 5s that arrives in a shade of gold, too, that appealed to plenty of people when it was first introduced.

At least if this particular rumor pans out to be correct, then it would mean the company’s flagship tablet would now be on par with the rest of the other color options that the iPhone offers. Bloomberg claims that sources which are familiar with Apple’s iPad launch plans tout to introducing a gold rear case choice as part of an effort to give their tablet sales a leg up, which will complement current space gray and silver colors.

The next-generation 9.7-inch iPad Air is set to debut later this fall according to rumors. Basically, you cannot go wrong with gold I suppose, as folks tend to have this line of thought that something which is gold in color tends to be a whole lot more precious.
