It does not take a genius to figure out that fanboys will be fanboys, and such enthusiasm might see some rather zany ideas bounce off the walls from time to time to cross a line that would seem to be sacrilegious in nature. Having said that, the recently released Apple Watch did not impress too many people, but if you happen to own an Android Wear device and are swayed to make the jump, fret not. Apparently there is a way to see Apple’s user interface on your Android Wear device, thanks to WearFaces.
WearFaces have just introduced a brand new Android Wear watchface that is known as PEAR, where it ought to play nice on just about all the other Android-powered smartwatches which are in the market at the moment. Needless to say, at first glance, it can be pretty easy to think that the new watchface looks like that of Apple’s design.
Needless to say, this is but a (cheap) user interface gimmick that does not come with any of Apple Watch’s functionality, considering how there is no “digital crown” on an Android Wear device to play with. Who knows? You might actually fool a few people into thinking that you have snagged a prototype version of the Apple Watch instead.
