So, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha has already been revealed, where it holds the virtue of being the slimmest Galaxy S smartphone to date, basking in its metal-clad glory. Of course, prior to the Galaxy Alpha’s official announcement, there were countless rumors and leaks, but thankfully all of those have either been confirmed or debunked already. As for the Galaxy Alpha’s availability, we did mention earlier this morning that it will depend on the geographical location where you live in, and Three from the U.K. is the first operator that has officially confirmed that they will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Alpha to interested parties.
It must be noted, however, that Three has yet to provide the relevant details as to when this particular smartphone will launch, so pricing details remain to be determined as at press time. Also, we are left in the dark as to whether we can simply waltz into any Three store and purchase one over the counter, or will there be some sort of pre-order action going on.
What do you think the smartphone will sell for when it is eventually released to the open market? Will it carry a large premium over the vanilla Galaxy S5, and just how much more are you willing to fork out for one of these?
