That being said, the folks at Windows Phone Central have recently managed to get their hands on what they believe are photos of the upcoming Nokia Lumia 730. It’s hard to tell if this is the real deal because if it is, the Lumia 730 does not appear to have undergone a drastic redesign physically.
However thanks to the screenshot of the operating system which shows that the phone is running on the Lumia Debian Red software. Presumably this could be referring to the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 or Update 2 and is most probably a codename to refer to it, just like how previous updates were given codenames like “Bittersweet Shimmer” and “Cherry Blossom Pink”.
Unfortunately apart from the possible software and photo, not much else is known about the Lumia 730 at the moment, and this photo does not really give too much away, but hopefully we can look forward to additional details and a possible announcement by Microsoft in the future.
