lumia830-leakedWell, well, what do we have here? Another leak of the Nokia Lumia 830? This is the first new Windows Phone-powered handset that hails from Nokia Devices, otherwise known as Microsoft Mobile. It is certainly not the first leak of the device that is circulating out there, but it offers more things to look at and ogle over, at least from a different angle where this smartphone is concerned. Needless to say, an official announcement would do a whole lot to quell other speculations, but at least one can take a closer look at it this time around.

In terms of its form factor, the Nokia Lumia 830 does set to continue to maintain the original design that Nokia started off with where the Windows Phone mobile operating system is concerned. In other words, buttons such as the volume, power/lock, and one for the dedicated camera will remain along the right side of the device. There is also the usual thick bezel that will be accompanied by dedicated capacitive navigation buttons.

One does wonder, however, on the reason behind the camera motif at the back that is reminiscent of the Nokia Lumia 1020, at the same time following the form factor that the Lumia 925 carries a wee bit. There are also audio and micro-USB ports located at the top of the device. However, the Nokia Lumia 830 does feature a removable back plate. Already submitted to Brazil’s version of the FCC, Anatel, there is a Nokia branding on the front, while Microsoft Mobile will be printed on the manufacturer’s tag that is located underneath the back plate.
