2K Games will soon be releasing its new NBA title which I am sure many basketball fans have been anxiously waiting for. Some details about the game have already been confirmed, NBA 2K15’s cover athelete was also recently unveiled, its league MVP Kevin Durant who wears his Oklahoma City Thunder #35 jersey on the cover. Today a NBA 2K15 gameplay trailer has been posted on YouTube, giving us a glimpse of some sequences from the game.
Even though this full-length trailer is titled “gameplay,” it basically shows us unlocked camera sequences instead of actual in-game footage that shows exactly what it will be like to play NBA 2K15. So you won’t get a precise idea of the gameplay after watching this video, which is certainly unfortunate. Ernie Johnson and 4x NBA World Champion Shaquille O’Neal are also featured in the trailer.
2K Games says that the new title has “the most authentic and real gameplay a basketball simulation title has ever delivered,” adding that it has over 5,000 new animations which improve the overall visual experience.
With music curated by Pharrell Williams, the title is set to hit PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the PC on October 7th, 2014. Those who pre-ordered the title will receive a KD MVP Bonus Pack that includes 5,000 virtual currency and many Kevin Durant inspired digital goodies.
