Moto X+1 Benchmark Shows Up

Motorola’s Moto X+1 has been touted to be in the pipeline for the longest time possible, and here we are with additional skinny on the smartphone. A benchmark on Geekbench which depicts a certain Motorola XT1097 has been leaked out, where it shows off results of a processor that remains well within the confines of a Snapdragon processor.

In the leaked Geekbench database, the processor carries the model number MSM8974, which certainly has gotten the rumor patrol buzzing with the upcoming Moto X+1 carrying a Snapdragon 800 chipset. As for the clock speed, it read 2.46GHz, which means the Moto X+1 could very well run on the fastest Snapdragon 801 chipset, which is similar to the MSM8974-AC that can be found on the Samsung Galaxy S5.

As for the rest of the purported hardware specifications, they do point to a 5.2” display that delivers Full HD resolution, 2GB RAM, has 32GB of internal memory which if it isn’t enough, you are able to further augment it via the microSD memory card slot. At the back lies a 12MP shooter, while those selfie loving folks will definitely fall in love with the 5MP camera in front. A 2,900mAh battery powers it, making the Motorola Moto X+1 smartphone certainly one model that is worth looking forward to.
