Prior to this Google Voice Search update, the app could only handle recognizing one language at a time, so if you had selected English as your primary language, then the app would be all at sea when it came to French or Italian, for example’s sake. In fact, with the new update, users have the option of picking up to five other languages from a list that Voice Search carries.
Gone are the days when you need to make your way into the Settings menu so that you can perform a switch between language packs, and to make matters all the more practical, one can actually mix all of these languages into a single sentence, and assuming it is a sentence that makes sense, Google Voice Search too, will be able to make head and tail of it.
