At the end of last week, we did see a retailer leak out specifications for the upcoming successor to the Moto G smartphone. Well, if you are not too content with just checking out what the new Moto G will carry in terms of hardware specifications and would like to see the actual device in the flesh, captured by the wonders of modern day smartphone photography, then here is another leak that will give you a closer look at the new device. If you do not like to have your surprise ruined, then you can simply wait for one more week to have the new Moto G get unveiled this September 4th
Thanks to HelloMotoHK, the image of the Moto G does make it resemble that of a first generation Moto G and the Moto E. In othe words, the new Moto G would retain its sleek, curved body as well as removable back cover, although your ears will be able to enjoy the benefits of dual front-facing speakers. There are also other specifications which are attached to the images that ought to sound like a broken record by now, including a 5” HD display, an 8MP camera, a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, a microSD memory card slot and dual-SIM compatibility for the international market.
If the new Moto G (will it still bear the same name?) will continue to sport a sub-$200 price point for the handset, it is definitely going to sell well for Motorola, that is for sure.
