So, the BlackBerry Passport is getting all of the limelight this time around, but this does not mean that BlackBerry has just a single device up their sleeves. In fact, the alleged hardware specifications for the BlackBerry Porsche P’9983 has leaked out yet again, which would be a whole lot more informative than the earlier rendering leak, not to mention having it get certified already.
Word on the street has it that the BlackBerry Porsche P’9983 will arrive with a 3.1” OLED touchscreen display at a resolution count of 720 x 720 pixels. This would clearly place it in the “square” category, which would not be too different from that of the upcoming BlackBerry Passport.
Apart from that, the BlackBerry Porsche P’9983 is tipped to be powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz SoC of an unknown manufacturer, accompanied by 2GB RAM, and 64GB of internal memory, an 8MP shooter at the back which will feature autofocus ability and a kind of image stabilization; a 2MP selfie shooter, with a 2,100mAh battery. As for its operating system version, we should be looking at BlackBerry OS 10.3. Any takers so far for this alleged BlackBerry? Just remember that these are all rumors at the moment until something official comes about to squash or verify it.
