According to recent figures revealed by research firm Chitika Insights, it seems that out of the tens of millions of ad views across 350,000 websites, the traffic generated from the Fire Phone only account for a mere 0.02%. You might argue that the phone is still relatively new and that perhaps traffic could increase in time, and while that is true, it certainly does not hold the same for the LG G3.
The LG G3 managed to generate 0.06% of traffic in its first 20 days of existence, three times more than that of the Fire Phone. Other handsets like the Samsung Galaxy S4 managed to generate 0.19% of traffic in the first 11 days, so that’s saying a lot. However in all fairness, LG and Samsung have better reputations when it comes to smartphones.
At the same time, it is possible that AT&T’s exclusive hold on the Fire Phone could also be another reason it isn’t as well-received, since customers on other networks have no chance of getting lest they switch carriers, but what do you guys think?
