It does look as though much has been said about the Sony Xperia Z3, a smartphone that has not been released to date – neither has it been made official in any way, and this time around, the latest rumors from @evleaks point to some hardware specifications of the oft-rumored Xperia Z3. It does seem as though the D6603 as it is also known when spotted over at the FCC, will arrive with a Full HD 5.15” display, which is a measurement that is slightly different from what most folks are used to.
5.15” would mean it is no larger than the 5.2” Full HD display that is found on the Sony Xperia Z2 which went on sale in the US recently, its “predecessor”. This new model will allegedly run on a 2.GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor – which makes it blazing fast, where it will be aided by 3GB RAM, sports an Adreno 330 GPU, alongside 16GB of internal memory. Located at the back would be a 20.7MP camera, while selfie lovers will find the front-facing 2.1MP shooter a decent addition to their arsenal. Do expect Android 4.4.4 KitKat to be part of the deal, making the rumored Xperia Z3 more or less similar to that of the Xperia Z2 in many aspects.
