We’re sure you’ve all heard about the OnePlus One handset, a device from a relatively new company that runs on CyanogenMod, making it a great phone for those looking to get the most out of their Android device without the unnecessary bloatware and laggy UIs that are usually associated with more mainstream OEMs.
Unfortunately the device has yet to be released in full, thanks to a weird invitation-only system where you can only buy a device if you have been given an invite, but word on the street has it that OnePlus could already be thinking about making a successor to the OnePlus One, which would be known as the OnePlus Two (not surprised).
This is according to @evleaks who claims that the successor has been given the codename “Lettuce”, and has also hinted that the OnePlus One’s codename was “Bacon”. Now while we doubt that OnePlus has plans for only one device, we should note that the last time we heard rumors with regards to OnePlus, it turned out to be a hoax.
However we should note that @evleaks’ track record has been pretty stellar over the years, so perhaps we can give him a bit more credit. Either way as is with the case regarding rumors, they’re best taken with a grain of salt, but in the meantime what kind of specs would you like to see in a potential OnePlus Two?
