However he did not mention if T-Mobile would get it as an exclusive for a timed period, or if the handset would launch on all three carriers at the same time. There was also no mention of whether it would be arriving on Sprint. Either way we guess this is good news for users of other carriers besides T-Mobile who might otherwise be looking forward to the handset.
Just in case you missed our earlier coverage, the Lumia 1525 is apparently a slightly upgraded version of the Lumia 1520. This means that would-be customers can look forward to an upgraded processor in the form of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801. As it stands, the Lumia 1520 is powered by a Snapdragon 800, so there will be slight performance gains with the Snapdragon 801.
Pricing and availability have yet to be determined, so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information.
